The National Community Solar Partnership (NCSP) is a coalition of community solar stakeholders working to expand access to affordable community solar, led by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Solar Energy Technologies Office and supported by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). NCSP has developed the Community Power Accelerator Initiative, which will leverage technical assistance, strategic partnerships, and an online Community Power Accelerator platform to build a pipeline of credit-ready community solar projects and connect developers, capital providers, and philanthropic organizations to support more equitable deployment of community solar and more equitable capital. This form is intended to gather information about community solar developers, capital providers, and philanthropic organizations who wish to join the network, and about community solar projects that need project financing and other investment. We greatly appreciate your participation in the Network and providing this information to help make the Community Power Accelerator a success by attracting new developers and new capital to community solar. The data collected in this form will be used by DOE, NREL, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and the University of New Hampshire to pre-populate the Community Power Accelerator with information from inaugural members that provide developer, capital provider, and philanthropic organizations overview and operational information, and about community solar projects in need of investment. The Community Power Accelerator home page will be public and will not contain any information from this form. The rest of the platform will be available only to registered users once they sign in. Most information from this form will be available to registered users of the Network. Please note that a two-way digital handshake will be required to protect the privacy of all users. Some information (noted on the question) will be private and thus will only used by the Network platform administrators. Data collected will be moved into the Community Power Accelerator platform and retained for the duration of the project by DOE and NREL. For more information, see NREL's security and privacy notices: https://www.nrel.gov/security.html.
